What information should I have available when inquiring about catering?
The more information you can provide about your event, the faster we are able to get accurate pricing for your event. If you have specific budget in mind, that is always helpful and will get our planner focused on your specific need.

What is included?  
We offer a variety of styles of services and menus to fit most budgets. All proposals are custom created with the client’s specific needs in mind

My schedule is very busy – Do I have to meet in person to make my catering arrangements?
You do not need to meet in person in the initial inquiry phase. We believe it is in our clients best interest to assure we have the details correct to meet in person and review  your arrangements. Site visits for large scale events are usually suggested.

Can you supply tents, tables, chairs, china and glassware?
We can supply all of the above and more. We suggest allowing us to handle rented equipment on your behalf. If you choose to provide these services yourself, it is suggested you review with our team your order to assure all requirements are met. Because we frequently provide rentals for events, we may have solutions or suggestions that could reduce unnecessary charges. We also review timelines and quantities as well as clean up detail as part of our services.

How do I work with you to plan my wedding or event?
Start with the basics – the location, guest count, time & date are details you should have in place prior to your request. If you require estimates for services in a general -you may inquire as such. Restrictions, fees, included amenities, timing, distance to the site and specific date choice may affect overall final pricing.

When do we need the guest count confirmed? 
Because charges are based on a per person basis in most instances, we require your final guarantee 14 days prior to your event. If your guest count increases after that time, we always do our very best to accommodate your request

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, cash, checks, cashier’s checks and money orders.  For discounted pricing, please pay by check.
