Policies and General Information

  • Free Consultation ~ Personal, phone, or fax available.
  • Delivery Minimum ~ $250.00 minimum food charge for delivery.
  • Delivery Charge ~ Based upon distance traveled and time.
  • Labor Charges ~ $22.00 to 25.00 per hour based on services requested.
  • Service Charges ~ 15 % – 18% of the food and beverage total.
  • Rental Arrangements ~ May be handled by our service if you wish.
  • Rental Charges ~ Client becomes responsible for any needed rentals.
  • Damage, Breakage, or Loss ~ Charges are the responsibility of the client.
  • Cleaning Charges ~ May be assessed on equipment left dirty.
  • Equipment Deposit ~ May apply on orders dropped off at clients location.
  • Licensing, Insurance, and EIN # ~ Available upon request.
  • Deposit ~ 10% to hold dates, 50% due 30 days prior to your event.
  • Final Payment ~ Due upon receipt of final invoice.
  • Terms ~ Net 7 days if arrangements have been made with our office.
  • Guarantee ~ Final guarantee due 7 days prior to your event.
  • Tiered Pricing ~ Final guest count may reflect per person charges.
  • Leftover Food ~ Based on caterer’s discretion of food safety.
  • Charges ~ Based on cash or check payment.  Credit card fees may apply.
  • Cancellation ~ Cancellation fees apply. 
  • Tastings ~ Available upon request. Fees Charged based on actual requirement.
